Lago Vista Golf

There are 3 golf courses in Lago Vista and 1 course in Point Venture. They are each unique to the area and are great for all levels. 

The first one is the Lago Vista Golf Club a (semi-private) 18 hole par 72 course which can vary in degree in difficulty. The fees for members are based upon if you register as single, couple, or family and also based upon using a cart or walking.  The fees for non members are (approx) $32 with a cart during the week and (approx)$39 with a cart during the weekend. This course offers a driving range overlooking the lake.  The club has a newly opened Sports Bar & Grille with a full menu and also TV’s to watch the games.

The second course Highland Lakes (semi-private) is another 18 hole facility. My understanding is this course is a little more expensive but I am still waiting on a return call with their fees. The course is undergoing construction with some updates but still has immaculate manicured greens and fairways.  The Highland lakes golf course doesn't offer all the amenities as LVGC but is a great course to play.

Bar-K Ranch (public) is a 9-hole pitch-n-putt.  You can play this course for less than (approx) $20. It is a public course so the greens and fairway could be a challenge at times. There isn’t much development along this course and the views are nice.

You also have the course in Point Venture. Point Venture is a gated community at the tip of Lago Vista but the course is open to the public. The price for members again is based upon single, couple, family, cart and no cart rates. For a couple the down payment (member join fee) is (approx) $149 and monthly fee is (approx) $59. For non members the price is (approx) $19 Mon-Thurs with a cart and (approx) $24 Fri-Sun with a cart for 18 holes.
